Al Haase has more than 20 years of leadership experience in international business.  An executive with extensive technology management experience, expertise in general management, turn-arounds, start-ups, manufacturing, multinational sales / marketing, acquisitions/divestitures, and operations in both domestic and international settings.   

His background includes aerospace, wireless, systems, electronics, DoD, opto-electronics, satellite systems, microwave, and consulting, with industry leaders including TMC Aerospace, EMS Technologies, Ericsson, Texas Instruments, Andrew Corporation and SkyCross. 

Mr. Haase has led the successful growth and turnarounds of over 10 multi-nationals and Fortune 500 businesses.

Most recently, Mr. Haase is the President and CEO of AGC Composites Group, represents an international aerospace firm which owns and operates a portfolio of companies focused on the composites/structural sector of the commercial and defense aerospace industry. 

Previously, Mr. Haase was the President and CEO of TMC Aerospace.  A leader in the aerospace industry which provides state of the art insulation, acoustic, advanced composites, plastics, textiles as well as repair services for the interior of aircrafts for both OEM and aftermarket customers.  Mr. Haase led the company through a period of high growth and improved margins that eventually led to a successful sale of the enterprise.

Mr. Haase sits on several boards, and has held advisory roles at the Canadian Space Agency as well as advanced technology companies.

Mr. Haase actively consults with many Wall Street firms on industry trends, company valuations and performance in the high tech sector.

Mr. Haase, a sought after lecturer in electrical engineering and wireless communications, led a team to create the Centre for Wireless Communications at the University of Waterloo, in Ontario Canada.  This was a first of its kind comprehensive graduate program in wireless communication.  Mr. Haase was also part of the leadership team to create the Center for Advanced Telecommunications Systems and Services (CATSS) at the University of Texas at Dallas - a program that performs forward looking research and development in wireless and optical networking. 

Mr. Haase earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
