Eric Grow has over eighteen years of accounting and financial management experience in both public accounting and as controller and chief financial officer of private and public  small to medium size companies.  Grow has extensive experience in entrepreneurial, rapid growth companies the last nine years.  While controller of Blue Stuff, the company was recognized as winner of Oklahoma City Metro 50 award for two years in a row. 

The four previous years, Grow was controller and later named chief financial officer of Jet Service Enterprises.  During Grow’s tenure, Jet Service not only grew its overhaul and repair business but also became OEM in aerospace industry, with production of nacelles for both Bombardier Aerospace and the Hawker 900.
